gradexCloud – Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to gradexCloud, a cloud-based academic and school management platform (“the Service”) provided by Pixels Solutions Ltd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using gradexCloud in any manner, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Have authority to represent the institution (for schools).
• Use the platform only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activities under your account.
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access.

4. Use of the Service

• Use the platform only for academic, reporting, and administrative purposes.
• Not misuse or interfere with the platform.
• Not upload malware, attempt reverse engineering, or breach any laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by gradexCloud or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting user data and maintaining school confidentiality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how data is collected, used, and stored.

7. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscription fees are clearly displayed.
• Payments are billed monthly or annually.
• Auto-renewal applies unless canceled.
• No refunds unless required by law.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice where possible.

9. Termination

• Breach of these Terms.
• Non-payment of subscriptions.
• Illegal or abusive activity.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

gradexCloud is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet all your expectations or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use gradexCloud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pixels Solutions Ltd harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Abuja.
